Our Pricing
We offer a fixed pricing structure for our standard mold inspection services, which includes:
- Physical inspection of your home (up to 5,000 square feet of living space)
- Collection of 4 total samples by the inspector (air, cavity, swab, slide, or bulk)
- Analysis of the 4 samples by a completely independent lab
- Written lab report and inspection report
We also offer additional samples for $50 each. Our prices are competitive, and we believe that our services provide exceptional value for the cost.
